Serving Wayne & Lenoir counties

Our Vision

A community and a world in which everyone has a decent place to live.

Our Mission

Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity of Goldsboro-Wayne brings neighbors together to build homes, communities and hope through affordable homeownership.

Together, we build more than affordable homes.

We build communities by bringing people together in partnership, faith, and action to create pathways to stability, dignity, and hope for families in our community.

"This home isn't just for us. It's part of a legacy of love and resilience. I thank God for this blessing every day."

"The move, moving up, helped improve us. We wanted to do better. I think being able to have a better house gave them more self-esteem, and they continued to strive. They realized they could whatever they set their minds to. They took pride in it and it gave them a boost to do better."

"You know when you pray and hope, and sometimes even pray louder, just in case God hears you better? That's what this home means to me. It's safe, it's clean, it's filled with love. It's where we're making memories together."
